A section of sub-county NRM chairpersons and cadres in Bukonzo County East in Kasese district has blamed party losses during general elections to their leadership that has repeatedly imposed those they call people’s unfavorable candidates; to the voters.
During a National Resistance Movement party’s dialogue meeting for Kinyamaseke town council, Munkunyu and Nyakatonzi subcounties held in Kinyamaseke town council over the weekend, Mr. Joseph Basisa, the party’s chairperson for Kinyamaseke South Ward, Mr. Nelson Baluku Bagheni the NRM mobilizer for Munkunyu and Mr. Mukirane Mugisa Kikuku, the chairperson for Musomoro North cell, described it as mere political propaganda for one to assert that the constituency was opposition dominant.
