Several local political leaders including the Kasese Municipal Deputy Mayor, Hon. Rabson Mupango have described as the teachers` strike as genuine but a decision that requires consideration to save the education concerns of the poor community members.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio this afternoon. Mr. Mupango contents that whereas the teachers plight for the salary balance and increment were genuine, they should consider the concerns of the poor citizens whose school children turned vendors only benefit from government aided schools.
