The Chairperson for Kasese Municipality Head teachers association, Mr.Erisa Muhindo has asked the office of the town clerk to investigate allegations of fraud by the senior inspector of schools Kasese Municipality, Ms.Tobia Kyomuhendo.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio in Verina gardens in Kasese town yesterday, Mr. Erisa said Ms Kyomuhendo is accused of collecting seven thousand shillings per each primary seven candidate reportedly meant for registration of form X and identity cards for the last five years.
Mr. Erisa who said that they were patiently waiting for the decision of the town clerk following the IGG`s directive, form X is downloaded by individual schools and cheaply photocopied for learners to fill. Mr. Erisa Speaking..….
Mr. Brain Masereka, a parent sounded concerned about un ethical conduct of some officer in the Kasese Municipal education office that needs to be tamed.
