High court sitting in Fort portal tourism city has ordered the Kasese Local Music Artist, Mr. Jolly Kahyana to make public apology to the former Minister of defense, Dr.Chrispus Kiyonga over his song titled “Kabudunga”.
The High court Judge His lordship Vincent Wagona heard that while in Kasese district in 2020, Mr. Kahyana Published a song titled “Kabudunga” with intention of tainting the image of Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga, a senior politician and a liberator in Ugandan History.
Speaking to this Radio shortly after court, the lawyer representing Dr.Crispas Kiyonga, Counsel Mishele Geoffrey from Bagenda and Co. advocates said Mr. Kahyana has been asked to make a public apology, Pay Dr.Kiyonga Four million shillings general damages, costs and banning the song on FM Airwaves.Counsel Mishele speaking…
