Mr. Tom Best Alinda, the Public Relations Officer Link Bus in Uganda, has urged employees of the company to have customer care and know their roles.
Alinda cautioned bus conductors and Drivers against vulgar language to customers, describing clients as their bosses who have the right to information, Health and Sanitation and safety of their lives among others.
Facilitating at a one day capacity building seminar for Link Bus employees of Kasese Bus terminal about customer care and value for money at Uhuru 50 gardens in Kasese town yesterday, Mr. Alinda asked the manager to always sensitize his staff about their obligations, he reasons will maintain good reputation of Link Bus Company in Kasese and Uganda atlarge.
He said the annual seminar was to remind employees about their roles and new technological systems like E-ticketing.
