The Chairperson Local Council one Kigoro cell in Nyamwamba division Kasese Municipality, Mr. Joseph Mbarwa has given twenty four days ultimatum to landlords to have tenants registered or leave the area.
Speaking to this Radio yesterday Mbarwa said that in his bid to strengthen security and build a nicer and organized cell, there will be no room for unseriousness.
Mbarwa attributed the increasing cases of theft to reluctance among land lords to have their tenants registered in his office to ascertain the type of people staying in the area and their Job occupation.
