The Kasese Municipal Deputy Mayor, His Worship Peter Baluku has asked Divisional and Municipal councilors to consider environmental conservation as part of their priorities in their Budget process for a clean and Green Kasese by 2030.
Closing a two days training workshop organized by Kampala capital Climate Change in partnership with Kasese Municipal council at Rwenzori International hotel in Kasese town, Hon. Peter who described Kasese town as one of the hottest areas in the country asked his fellow councilors to priorities environmental conservation strategies like massive tree planting to neutralize situation for a better future.
