    Hon. Katusabe calls for calmness among business community at Uganda-DRC border.

    The Member of Parliament representing Bukonzo county West in Kasese district, Hon. Godfrey Katusabe Atkins has called for calm among the suffering business community in his constituency that has had many financial related challenges over the closure of the Uganda-DC Congo border.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio in Kasese town yesterday(18th.Oct.2021), Hon. Katusabe asked the business community to appreciate the situation that was forced by the threatening COVID-19 virus in Uganda and the world.

    He appreciated the current unity of politicians and the National technical staff and children from Kasese district that understand the importance of the border to the people of Kasese.  Hon. Katusabe speaking 1…..

    Hon. Katusabe who did not tell our reporter how he would control poor use of power in the markets said that he was to continue paying monthly electricity bills to the market vendors in his constituency now that their incomes are low. Hon. Katusabe speaking 2….. 

    He called for collaborated efforts among all political players for better service delivery to the community. END.
