The Minister of ICT and National guidance, Hon. Dr. Chris Baryomunsi has called for vigilance among the local communities at the Uganda-DR Congo border against suspected strangers dodging the UPDF Military operation against the ADF in the former Belgian colony.

Closing a two day NRM retreat for Bukonzo west Constituency that was organized by Bukonzo NRM youth shine Bukonzo west initiative held at Bwera secondary school in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council Kasese district on Tuesday, Dr. Baryomunsi said border areas may be infiltrated by suspected ADF escapees that must be arrested.

Dr. Baryomunsi who commended the Kasese people for supporting the UPDF operation in the DR Congo, called for calm among most opposition MPs over the Military move against the ADF without Parliamentary approval but a classified decision taken by President Museveni and Commander in Chief of the armed forces in Uganda for the safety of Uganda.
