The Minister of ICT and National guidance, Hon. Dr. Chris Baryomunsi has called for vigilance among the local communities at the Uganda-DR Congo border against suspected strangers dodging the UPDF Military operation against the ADF in the former Belgian colony.
Closing a two day NRM retreat for Bukonzo west Constituency that was organized by Bukonzo NRM youth shine Bukonzo west initiative held at Bwera secondary school in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council Kasese district on Tuesday, Dr. Baryomunsi said border areas may be infiltrated by suspected ADF escapees that must be arrested.
