The Bishop of Arua Diocese in Uganda has expressed the need for parishes and institutions to invest in internet connectivity in a bid to create access to information which is key to human progress and development.
He made the revelation in an interview with AMECEA Online correspondent this week, observing that at the moment there is need for parishes and institutions to embrace digital development in a bid to move to the next level.
Bishop Sabino Odoki observed that many parishes and institutions within the Church are missing relevant information because they do not have access to internet connection thus emphasizing that if such internet systems are installed in all the parishes and Church institutions, they will improve communications and enable the public to appreciate development and the changes that are taking place in the Church and in the world.
He commended AMECEA team working to update the region and the entire church with relevant information thus creating significant impact in the lives of the people. ENDS
