Rukoki health center IV in Kasese Municipality has successively delivered over one hundred thirty six new born babies by the end of October, with call on pregnant mothers to shy away from traditionally attended to deliveries.

Dr. Jofred Kayiri, the facility in-change described health facilities as safer for deliveries unlike traditional Birth Attendants who use a lot of guess work to deliver expectant mothers of babies.

Dr. Kayiri said that increasing number of newly born babies at the facility was a manifestation of a committed professional staff whom he was sure of doing more when government re builds their main house that was recently burnt to ashes. Dr. Kayiri speaking…

He later asked the community members to reach him for any challenges at the health facility. END.
