Judicial officers have been called upon to safeguard the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in the country while carrying out their duties.
This appeal came to the fore yesterday during the launch of a handbook on Refugee Access to Justice in Kampala.
Several speakers, including Supreme Court Justice Christopher Izama Madrama, emphasized the importance of this responsibility.
