    Retired Bishop Luke Orombi calls for joint efforts against corruption

    The retired Anglican Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, His Grace Luke Orombi has called for joint efforts against corruption which he said had frustrated service delivery among God’s people.

    Speaking to the media shortly after presiding over a thanks Giving Service for Rev. Can. Dr. Benson Baguma, the National team leader in African Evangelist Mission at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Kasese, His Grace Orombi was concerned that corrupt people were never satisfied and their selfish acts leave God’s people in tears.

    He asks the local community members to join government and her development partners in the plans to neutralize the vise he called sinful.

    Dr. Crispus Kiyonga, the former Minister of defense called for total support to the strategic plans by Bishop Nason Baluku who during his Episcopal Ordination launched a project to minimize poverty levels by 2030. Dr. Kiyonga speaking…………

    Rev. Can. Dr. Benson Baguma asked the local community and Christians to promote unity, reconciliation, forgiveness and prayer which he said were key components to peaceful living, marriages and development. Rev Can Dr. Benson speaking………
