Mr. Jolly Kahyana the author of the defarmatory “Kabudunga”Lhukonzo song has been granted Court bail until 28th July, 2020 where he will appear for hearing.

His worship Karakire said Mr.Kahyana has been granted Bail at two million shillings not cash with his surities inclusing, Mr. Majidu Ayubu and Mr. Hasaan Baluku all residents of Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council.
Court heard that on 26th February, 2020 while in Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council the embattled Kahyana released a song reportedly defarming the former defence Minister Dr. Crispas Kiyonga.
Counsel Kanyonyi Luke from Masereka C and Co advocates who represented Mr.Kahyana while speaking to the oppress shortly after granting his client Bail said his client will return back to Court on 28 th july,2020 and that he has asked the state to also avail a file on which they are basing the case to give him time to prepare his clients defense.
