Today marks four years after the death of Rev. Fr. Patrick Mayani, with a call on believers in Christ to continue praying for his soul and raise support towards his memorial chapel in Nsenyi Parish.
Fr. Mayani was pronounced dead early morning of 07th July 2018 at Nsambya Hospital- Kampala and later buried at Nsenyi Parish a day after.
He served as the pioneer parish priest for Bukangara Catholic parish.
Mr.Augastine Murugahara the Chairperson organizing Committee for the memorial mass of late Fr.Mayani slated on Saturday said preparations are in high gear at Kasokero village in Kisinga Sub-County, where the mass shall be held in remembrance of the lord’s servant.

Fr. Mayani who was ordained on 28th July 2007 started his pastoral mission at Kasanga Parish as Curate later posted as the first Parish Priest Bukangara before being transferred to the Bishop’s house.
