    Kasese NRM registrar calls for transparency among registrars.

    The Kasese District National Resistance Movement registrar, Mr. Amon Mbusa has called for transparency among registrars whom he said have among other roles to guide the voters on the right procedure to minimize inconveniences during the voting process.

    Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio in an interview in Kasese town, Mr. Amon who said that the registration of party members had ended indicated that any form bias by the registrars should be avoided or else it would cause friction. Mr. Amon speaking 1 ……

    Mr. Amon who said that his office was ready to intervene in any challenge on the NRM polling day revealed that some of the situations seen as challenges on their register was as a result of the party`s decision to accommodate party members below the age of eighteen years.

    The Kasese District NRM Vice chairperson, Hon. Police Businge who said that they had asked the contestants to welcome the outcome of the elections called on candidates exercise politics of peace and unity, adding that the party was closely in touch with security to ensure sanity in the party polls this week.     The voting of NRM parliamentary flag bearers shall officially kickoff this Friday between 10am and 4pm. END
