Hon. Katya Hebert the councilor representing Katiri Ward in Bulembia Division Kasese Municipality has outlined the priorities he intent to begin with in his next five year term.
Speaking to our reporter last evening in Kasese town, Hon. Hebert said that following the recent disaster in different areas in Kasese district Kilembe subcounty at large, his area has lagged behind in terms of development characterized by lack of clean and safe water in the area, poor road connection and health facilities among others.
