The Former minister of defense, Dr. Crispas Kiyonga has called for plans to recall for bylaws aimed at strengthening security at village levels.
Dr. Kiyonga who was addressing hundreds at Katholhu primary school in Nyakiyumbu sub-county during the wedding party for the area local council three chairperson, Mr. Peter Sunday Kakule and his wife Ms. Annuarita Masika, said the bylaws would guide on operations of bars, visitors, movement limit and systems of reporting information.
The former Ambassador who was responding to the weekend attack by suspected ADF operators, called for calm and vigilance against any stranger to avoid a repeat of any invasion of the kind in the area.

In his speech, Mr. Zephernus Mubingwa, the Kasese Deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County asked the couple to appreciate each other and prioritize communication to avoid decisions based on hearsay.
