    Boda boda riders in Kasese asked to be calm as they await for gov’t relief.

    The chairperson for the Boda-boda riders in Kasese Municipality Mr. Sanyeri Thembo Kaniki has called for calm among the boda boda riders as they wait for government relief from the prime minister’s office.

    Speaking to our reporter last evening in Kasese town, Mr. Sanyeri who spent about a whole day monitoring the situation across all stages in the municipality called for calmness among his colleagues who had wanted to protest over the delay in the process releasing relief funds.

    Earlier this week, Mr. Isaiah Twesigye the town clerk for Kasese municipality told our reporter that government thought it important to consider boda-boda riders because they depend on daily earning. ENDS.
