The Kisinga subcounty local council three chairperson, Mr. Chance Kahindo has warned his electorates to be security conscious as criminality especially theft tend to increase during the festive season.
While speaking to Kasese guide radio last evening in Kasese town, Mr. Chance asked his electorates to guard against their sources of livelihoods including animals, properties and vanilla gardens as thieves may take the chance of their absence from their homes.
