A Family of seven currently in Uganda that reportedly survived the wrath of suspected militias threatening lives in in the Democratic Republic of Congo has commended the Ugandan government and her citizens for allowing them take refuge in their country.
Mr. Samuel Lebisabu`s family from Witsa village in Beni in DRC and now residing in Katero cell in Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council describes the security situation back home as un bearable and require urgent intervention.
According to Mr. Samuel, the security situation is not only tense but a combination of survival for the fittest, including failure to get food.

The Kasese RDC, Lt Joe Walusimbi says Refugees from DRC were free to enter Uganda as long as they use the right cross border procedures.
