A sixty year old man who reportedly used his shop as a lodge to allegedly defile five minors in Saluti A cell in Kasese Municipality five month ago has been re-arrested and remanded to Mubuku government prison.
No much details have been obtained by this radio from Police and judicial officers but the Kasese district probation and social welfare officer, Ms Zainabu Asiimwe said she couldn’t believe that the charge sheet had been amended to assault until the lawful intervention of the Resident State Attorney who maintained aggravated defilement.
According to Ms Zainabu, justice should prevail against Mr. Fred who could not have gone to bed with minors less than ten years with all the women around him. Ms Zainabu speaking………
