Mr. Benon, a Medic refund over three million bribe to Ms. Lodia

Mr. Benon Masereka, a medic in Hima town council in Kasese district, has refunded 3.7 million shillings bribe with costs he allegedly received from one, Ms. Lodia Mbambu to secure for her a job as an education assistant, but in vain.

The money was delivered by his brother Mr. Sebastiano Muhindo after the suspect admitted having received a bribe from Ms. Lodia of three million shillings with interest of seven hundred thousand shillings.

Sabastiano told our reporter today in Habitat cell in Hima town council, shortly after electronic transfer of the money that his brother feared to personally deliver the money to Ms.Lodia for security purposes.

Ms. Lodia, thanked Mr. Benon for refunding the money to help solve the friction between her husband after she had mortgaged their plot in anticipation for having a Job. Ms. Lodia speaking…. 

However, the Kasese Chief administrative Officer Mr. Elias Byamungu has summoned, Mr. Benon Masereka to appear before the district rewards and sanctions committee next week for disciplinary action.
