Another operator of the Allied Democratic Forces has been killed under operation Shujja, Maj. Bilal Katamba, the UPDF Mountain Division and Operation Shujja Spokesperson has said.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio this week, Maj. Katamba said besides putting one suspected terrorist out of action, a submachine gun and a 60mm mortar gun with rounds of ammunitions was recovered during a joint operation of the UPDF and Congolese Forces Operation in the areas of Ndalia, North East of Erengeti town in Ituri Province in DRC. The development comes in after the UPDF handed over to the Ugandan government fourteen woman who had been in the hands of the ADF Rebels in Eastern DR Congo but now being rehabilitated in Kasese district. END.
