Police in Kasese has started investigations on allegation of leaflets allegedly dropped in central division Kasese Municipality threatening the life of Mr. Kato Livingstone Zunguka, the NUP flag bearer for LC3 seat in 2026 general election.
The Rwenzori East Regional Police Spokesperson, SP.Nelson Tumushime, confirmed the information without divulging details.
Eye witnesses, including, Mr. Obed Muhindo, the chairperson KK Boda-Boda stage and Jafali Kigutiha, LC1 chairperson for Basecamp lower cell, testified to our reporter having found the leaflets in their cells.
