Residents of Kathasenda village in Kisinga sub-county Kasese district, are calling for investigations under which a mother died and her five children critically admitted on allegations of food poisoning.
Mr. Sezi Police, the chairperson local council three for Munkunyu sub-county confirmed the information and identified the deceased as, Sylvia Muhindo 46, who together with her five children had sapper last night.
Mr. Sezi, said the family started vomiting at night but were later rushed to a nearby private clinic at Kacungiro trading center in the wee hours but later referred to Kagando hospital for specialized treatment.

Mr. Sezi who alleged that un known person could have poisoned the cassava flour that the family feasted on for sapper, asked people to become vigilant, saying people’s faith is currently unpredictable.
