Mr. Asanairi Bukanywa, the Kasese Municipal Agricultural Officer has banned Vanilla buying and threatened to arrest anyone in possession of its immature beans.
Speaking to our reporter this afternoon at his office, Bukanywa warned traders against tricking farmers into dubious trade.
