Dr. Julius Monday Rude, the NRM parliamentary flag bearer for Bukonzo County East, has pledged consultative representation in parliament through community meetings aimed at collecting views to shape his legislation roles if mandated by the voters.

His pledge followed concerns by a section of the local residents of Mahango subcounty in Kasese district, including, Mr. Patrick Masereka Ikwera, the local council one chair for Burandya village and Mr. Julius Kyasuba, the Mahango subcounty local council three chairperson for Mahango subcounty, who said they were tired of absentee representation by their area legislator they allege do not reportedly attend or organize community meetings to listen to the concerns of the local community members. In a similar way, Mr. Daudi Bwambale, a local resident of Nyamisule parish, asked Dr. Rude to join other leaders to expedite plans for a referral hospital in Kasese to handle their medical challenges should he represent them in parliament. Mr. Bwambale speaking……..
