Hon. Nathan Mutabali, the Speaker for Rukoki subcounty who doubles as the NRM flag bearer for his subcounty youth councillor seat, has called for focus and responsible life styles among learners returning from school for their long Christmas holidays.
Speaking to our reporter in Kasese town yesterday, Hon Nathan was concerned about the excitement by many learners who complete national examination, adding that the level of education they have completed requires them to be supportive and responsible than joining bad peer groups and exaggerate the Christmas excitements next month.

He later underscored the importance of parental guidance, mentorship and communal upbringing of children he said were partly ‘underfed’ by the developing individualism by parents in nurturing the young people. END
