President Yoweri Museveni is expected to return to Kasese District on January 12th 2026 to commission several government projects.
According to the Kasese District NRM Publicity Secretary, Mr. Yunus Muhindo, President Museveni will commission Nyabirongo Health Centre IV in Kisinga Town Council, Kagando–Kighenge, Rwembya-Kanyampara and the Ibanda–Kyanya Bridges among other government projects.
Speaking to the press last evening, Mr. Yunus called upon the local residents to turn up in big numbers to welcome President Museveni in his capacity as the Head of State more than a month after Mr. Museveni was in the district as the National Resistance Movement Presidential flag bearer.
