Business tycoon, Sudhir Ruparelia has lost his son, Rajiv Ruparelia, in a car accident.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire, the 35-year-old Rajiv Ruparelia died today at around 1:54 am when his vehicle crashed, overturned, and caught fire at the Busabala flyover.
Police indicate that Rajiv was driving a very powerful car whose speed upper limit goes up to 380 km/h, one of the rarest vehicles in Africa.
Rajiv Ruparelia was the Managing Director of the Ruparelia Group of Companies. END
