The plans for a Yiira state by a section of the Rwenzururu kingdom subjects are mere dreams and suicidal, Lt. Maate Magwara has reaffirmed.
Addressing former Rwenzururu Royal Guards who were receiving their resettlement packages at white House gardens in Kasese municipality yesterday, Lt. Magwara asked the Kingdom subjects to make their dreams practical by educating their children than involving themselves in unrealistic plans for an independent state that can never be and beneficial to those he called the aging and uneducated day dreamers.

Mr. Henry Basaliza Araali, the Amnesty Commission Coordinator at the Kasese based Rwenzori Regional headquarters, called for reconciliation and peaceful living among the Rwenzururu kingdom subjects, adding that the empowerment packages for the beneficiaries under his office, were to be handles in phases as the Amnesty process continues across the applicants.
