The Senior Presidential advisor for Mobilization, Mr. Misach Kawamara has described as false, reports suggesting that equitable service delivery in Kasese district, was forced by the opposition’s cemented roots in the district.
Addressing NRM youths from Rwenzori region at Bwiranda Hotel last weekend, Mr. Kawamara instead said service delivery gaps in Kasese district have been fueled by the opposition politicians who have other than lobbying, keep abusing government, the decision maker.
Mr. Kawamara indicated that service delivery was demand driven by lobbyists and mainly the politicians who are ready to work with the ruling NRM government. Mr. Kawamara speaking……
