Mr. Rogers Bwambale, the National Unity Platform (NUP) flag bearer for the Local Council Three seat of Kyalhumba Town Council, has pledged to launch an education scheme aimed at improving academic excellence in Bukonzo County East, if elected.
Speaking to our reporter today, Mr. Bwambale said the initiative will involve mobilizing Local Council One chairpersons and parents to actively participate in Parent–Teacher Association (PTA) meetings at their respective schools.
He noted that, working together with head teachers and stakeholders will set clear academic goals to enhance learners’ performance.
Bwambale further highlighted his personal contributions to community development, including the construction of arch bridges, support for church fundraising activities, and assistance in healthcare services.
