Mr. Rabson Mupango, the Deputy Mayor of Kasese Municipality, has issued a stern warning to street children to abandon their subversive acts or risk arrest.

In an interview with our reporter yesterday, Mr. Mupango who described street children as a security threat in Kasese Town said the municipal leadership is working with enforcement officers to have them arrested and rehabilitated.
He also cautioned parents and guardians against failing to provide basic necessities for their children, noting that such negligence contributes to the increasing number of street children. Mr. Mupango speaking…
