Mr. Francis Mugisa Kithulha has been dully nominated as a contender for the Kasese Municipality Member of Parliament seat in the upcoming 2026 NRM primaries.
He was nominated this morning by the NRM Electoral Commission Chairperson, Dr. Tanga Odoi, at the NRM offices in Kyadondo, Kampala.
Francis, who sponsors Kithulha Cares initiative, becomes the third candidate to be nominated for the hotly contested Kasese Municipality seat under the NRM flag.

Meanwhile, Mr. Edwin Bayinga Kugonza has also been dully nominated today as an NRM parliamentary contender for Bukonzo County East in Kasese District.
He called for a peaceful election process and urged voters to rally behind focused and visionary leaders.
