Mr. Bernard Masereka, a Nutritionist in the Ministry of Health, has revealed more plans by the Ministry for regulations to industrial food processors as means to minimize food poisoning.
During a phone interview with our reporter last evening, Mr. Bernard says for food to be good for consumption, it needs to have a required amount of inputs, including and not limited to fat, salt and sugar for the good health of the consumers.
Mr. Barnard said in the new guideline he called; Nutrient Profiling Model, food processors would be compelled to comply as means to get rid of food and drinks that risk lives. Mr. Bernard speaking 1……
