Mr. Justus Mukirania, the Senior Community Development Officer for Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council in Kasese district has asked the youth to make good use of the government initiated programs aimed at neutralizing poverty levels.
Addressing members of Amazing Friends for Development Association during their Annual General Meeting held at Movic Hotel in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council Kasese District over the holy Easter weekend, Mr. Mukyirania was concerned that whereas there are certain percentages intended for the young people on a number of programs, including the Youth Livelihood Program and the Parish Development Model among others, the young people were not making good use and owning the interventions.
