Mr Francis Kithulha, an independent MP aspirant for Kasese Municipality plans to deliberate on floor of Parliament the possibility of PDM changed into Village Development Model as means to easily identify the beneficiaries and demands, as well as ironing out other related challenges with the strategy.
His pledge follows concerns by a section of local residents of Katiri Ward, including Mr. Julius Bwambale and Ms Yosesi Kabugho, who asked the candidate to intervene into the PDM, electric power and road challenges, as well as security that frustrates plans for investment.
