Mr. Kithulha Francis Mugisa an independent MP seat candidate for Kasese municipality has promised to establish community Saacos in a bid to improve house hold incomes for his Voters.
Mr. Kithulha responded to Ms. Mary Masika and Maria Masika both local resident of base-camp Ward in Central Division who expressed their dissatisfaction with private money lenders who are charging them excessive interests.
