By Francis Muhyana Muhindo,
Mr. Francis Kithulha, an independent MP aspirant for Kasese Municipality, plans to hold consultations for a lasting solution to the flooding waters from Mubuku Irrigation scheme that could turn into another disaster in Scheme Ward in future.
His pledge follows concerns by a section of local residents during Mr. Kithulha’s door to door political campaign in Kyondo cell, scheme ward in Kasese Municipality, where Mr. Joshua Byakutaga and Ms Oripa Biira, asked the candidate to intervene into their poor road and roaming wildlife challenges, as well flooding Nyamwamba and part of the irrigation, pausing a life risk. Mr. Joshua and Ms Oripa speaking……

In his response, Mr Kithulha said some of the challenges among the local residents were as a result of some political leaders who have no much time to consult their voters, thus, pledging to return with answers should he be voted to represent Kasese Municipality in parliament.
Mr Francis speaking…….
Mr. Kithulha said whereas he had all it required to program for political rallies like the rest of his political competitors, he thought door to door consultation would give him more space to understand the concerns of the locals. END
