The National Residence Movement leadership in Kasese District may have to revisit their notes for a new approach to calm down their youth leagues, some of whose members are not in line with the party position to campaign for their flag bearers.
During the 18th December 2025 press conference in Verina gardens, Hon. Ferigo Kambale, the Kasese Municipal NRM parliamentary flag bearer, launched a campaign team against what he called a calculated syndicate by some of his competitors and some party to forge the outcome of the January 15th parliamentary polls by ferrying illegal voters and falsifying results as they did in the NRM primary elections. However, his claims have sparked mixed reactions with Ms Esther Biira and Mr. Boaz Tanana, both youth leaders from Bulembia and Nyamwamba divisions respectively, describing Hon. They also asked the legislator to substantiate his claims that roads in Bulembia Division are to be worked on under UCMID whose finding he puts at 76 instead four billions shillings already disbursed. END
