The Kasese district has released the Primary Leaving Examination mock results for 2025 at the district board room at the district headquarters in Rukoki, with a directive for formal reports by schools whose learners did not sit for the exam.
Mr. Girivaziyo Bwambale Monday, the Kasese district local council five vice chairperson, said time was now for then district to know why 97 of 259 schools in the district did not sit for the mock exams according to the education department.
Earlier, Mr. Selevest Baluku, the Kasese District Principal Inspector of Schools, said 12,655 of the 13,078 registered candidates sat for the mocks exams, with Ronet Muhindo Atholere from Brain Trust primary school and Elizabeth Kabugho from Matia Mulumba primary school as the overall best after scoring four and five aggregates respectively.
