Mr. Brain Basisa, the Kasese National Unity Platform Chairperson, has come out to clear the air by saying they were not behind any other candidate than theirs in tomorrow’s local council five seat elections.
He said the statements made by some political leaders, politicians and individuals, do not represent the position of his political party.
Addressing the press at his office in Kasese Municipality today, Mr. Brian who warned some politicians against diversionary statements to the effect, said his political party does not support any candidate who is not a flag bearer of NUP in tomorrow’s polls. Mr. Brian speaking….
He used the same opportunity to call upon all voters in Kasese district to turn up in big numbers tomorrow to exercise their right of electing their political leaders. Blame nobody if you do not vote for a political leader of your choice. END
