Dr. Crispus Kiyonga, the NRM flag bearer for Bukonzo County West, has reaffirmed his plans to back government skilling programs by establishing independent centers to boost hands on skilling among the youth in his constituency.
Addressing a political rally in Kisebere parish in Kitholhu subcounty in Kasese district yesterday, Dr. Kiyonga said he was to work closely with the Parish Priest of Kasanga in the Diocese of Kasese to boost the parish skilling center and turn the popular Bob water house into another skills shed.
He also assured boda-boda riders of cost effective motorcycles loans to boost the industry should he regain his parliamentary position during next week’s elections. Dr. Kiyonga speaking1………..
