Discipline and the fear of the Lord are paramount for achieving one’s vision, especially among students, the Assistant Resident District Commissioner for Kasese, Ms. Justine Muhindo Mutabazi, has said.

While addressing students of African Ark College of Management Sciences in Kidodo Cell, Central Division of Kasese Municipality yesterday, Ms. Justine warned students against adopting Western cultures at the expense of their education, reminding them that good things lie in the future.
She urged them to be patriotic and to desist from drug abuse, alcoholism, and sexual activities that may hinder their vision and educational goals.
