Mr. Nzukwa Joseph, the Chairperson for the Association of Head Teachers in the Rwenzori sub-region, has described as a total frustration of the teaching process by parents who delay their children home as schools open for business.
The Kasese secondary school head teacher said for children to go, keep and complete school, require collective responsibility by all education stakeholders.
