Mr. Ivan Bwambale Bibuwa, the Chairperson Local Council Three for Kyarumba Town Council in Kasese District, has attributed poor service delivery to irresponsibility within the technical team.
Speaking to our reporter shortly after an impromptu visit by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) last week, Mr. Bibuwa said the technical team has allegedly become divided, with some members reportedly absconding from duty.

Mr. Bibuwa revealed that he had earlier notified both the CAO’s office and the Resident District Commissioner (RDC) for intervention but in vain. He added that the council’s next course of action is to propose a motion of transferring the technical team. End
