Mr. Patrick Kyamanduma Muhindo, our reporter stationed at the poll tally centre stationed at the Kasese Multipurpose hall, Mr. Baluku Baramu and Brian Kaghuntura, had been declared winners for Central and Nyamwamba division in Kasese Municipality respectively, as Mr. Joram Katambara Wakibanahi of NRM comes on board as the local council three elect for Ibanda-Kyanya town council.

In Nyakatonzi subcounty, all political leaders for local council three, were declared unopposed.
According to Mr. Kyamanduma, Ms Hilda Maate, the local council three chairperson elect for Hima town council, could come out as the only woman elected for the position in Kasese district.
