It was all about drinking, eating and dancing by Forum for Democratic Change political party in Kasese district following the declaration of Mr. Chance Kahindo Sibyabugha as the duly elected Kasese Municipal Mayor as a result of the January 27th Mayoral elections in Uganda.
In his address to the Kasese Municipal voters during the FDC celebrations at Trans African Holiday Inn gardens in Kasese Municipality last evening, Hon. Centenary, the former Kasese Municipal MP and Hon. Godfery Katusabe Atkins of Bukonzo County West, described Mr. Kahindo’s victory as the will of the people who should not be betrayed by their political representatives at all levels.

To Mr. Chance, his victory was voter decided basing at what he has offered so far and what he intends to deliver to the people of Kasese Municipality. Mr. Chance speaking1……….
Mr. Chance who garnered 14,893 against his closet rival Ms Jolly Kateba of the NRM who got 4,543, later asked his voters to own the municipality by it into a desirable destination for investment. END
